ANGELA DURST Angela "Angie" Durst was born on March 7, 1959, in Moundridge, Kansas, to Louise Suenram and Robert Durst. She passed away at St. Francis via Christi in Wichita, Kansas surrounded by loved ones. Angie dedicated her life to caring for others.
Angie worked as a nurse at McPherson Hospital for over 30 years, touching countless lives with her compassionate care and warm smile. She was known for going above and beyond for her patients, often staying late to provide comfort to those in need.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Thomas Durst; children Michael (Sarah) Durst of Wichita and Jennifer (Kevin) Miller of McPherson; four grandchildren; and her brother, James Durst of Hutchinson.
A celebration of life service will be held at Moundridge Funeral Home on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the McPherson Hospital Nursing Scholarship Fund.
